Hope WJ is going to be taking this one seriously as it seems a lot of fans are going down for it. About time we had a good cup run.
Their fans don't sound too confident and they've got a few players out: http://forums.rlfans...tsmp=1334175789

Warren has publicly stated he has the best squad he has ever worked with - now is the time to prove it. Some of those players haven't been given a chance (Akaidere, tebbs, olpherts ?) time to give em a go. Incidentally, when do we see dual reg Clare join us now he seems out of favour at Cas and has John Davies gone back back to them ? (seems he's now linked with york).

John Davies played at 13 for Cas against St Helens on Monday, guess it is the same one.

We have little chance of winning this game. A full time team against a part time team always shows.

They might have injuries; they might be bottom of their league, but being full timers they should be good enough to see us off, especially now that we have more injured players. It would seem WJ thinks that way in my estimation after reading the Reporter and noting that he is going to give others a run out and "we just need to go and enjoy ourselves". Well I hope. as supporters, we can enjoy ourselves tomorrow also.

Good luck today, let's have another cup upset for the championship. London are there for the taking.

Thanks Phil. You could tell you guys wanted it more and I thought there were times Cas looked like they didn't need to play with any urgency, until it was too late!Serve them right and well done Fev.Good luck today, let's have another cup upset for the championship. London are there for the taking.
Can't see us doing the same too many fringe players out on the park today. If we had the home draw then I guess it would be a lot closer then it will probably end up? Don't think it will do us much harm going out at this stage (a shame we won't get any money from it) leaving us to concentrate on the league. Well that should be the theory!

I think it just goes to show how deluded the SL clubs have become,
The Castleford players genuinely looked as though they only needed to turn up to win, and thankfully Featherstone had the smarts to take full advantage of this.
I dont expect any more surprises today as the SL clubs will now have been shaken from their slumber, but gratz once again on a brilliant result for featherstone and the non SL fraternity.
PS
Was a better game than the shockfest at Widnes too.

I know we had little chance of winning, but with the team we have out there was little point turning up.
