Well done to the lads today, a good solid performance and nice to see Kevin Penny playing for us as well as scoring a couple. I was also impressed with David Mills who in my opinion had his best game in a lions shirt and it was noticable that when Mills and Meekin went off we seemed to go off the boil. Mark Smith had a real good game as well with some good kicks. Hopefull for a good draw.

Firstly a massive well done to the lads for putting in a thoroughly professional performance. Everyone played well, however as much as I do agree with your comments on david mills its hard to judge against a side like gateshead (no disrespect to them), I hope he can play like that in the league as we are definitely missing some pack size. Gorski and Wingfield are both second rowers in my opinion and it would be daft to play them at prop in our league.

Nice to see kev penny with a 90 metre effort without even getting out of second gear just hope we can push for some consistency in our attacking play in the next few games.

After a false start it would be great if David Mills and Kevin Penny now keep the shirts by showing their best form.

Superb win for Featherstone today. Hopefully they will celebrate very hard all week in the pub!
