Not expecting a win here at all. Stranger things have happened, but Huddersfield are a good side and probably want a bit of payback for the same fixture at Odsal last year. A tough couple of weeks for us ahead on the pitch, I'll be happy if we keep them within 18.

If we continue recent form it will be difficult game to forecast. I know we've lots of players out with injury, and even at full strength Hudds would be regarded as favourites, but games aren't played on paper and even with the injuries we've beaten some good sides so, all in all, it's too close to call for me.

Two days of heavy rain will have soaked the pitch and hopefully dropped the Giants down to our speed. Our pack is going well.
18-12 to the Bulls.

Not a game i would count on for a win, I obviously hope we beat them but the Bulls are one of the teams against who the Giants can struggle badly at times, We are not in the same downward spiral that we were last year at this time and we have a a few wins against them in the last year or two, that said i never really feel confident against them cause they are always likely to come up with a big game out of the Blue, having said that it wouldn't really be out of the Blue as they have been getting some good results, A lot could depend on the state of the pitch, the Giants backs can be very good on a good firm pitch but it doesn't look like there's much chance of that , so for me it's not so easy to call, We should have the beating of them but this is no easy match.
Giants just.
Giants just.
Dont expect anything from a pig but a grunt

Good firm pitch in good conditions. Giants by a mile
Claggy pitch in the intevitable Odsal rain...closer, but a Giants win I think. The wheels arent off our season like they were last season and the Bulls are missing too many playmakers.
That said, I cant believe HKR put 40 on us :/ so now I've said that expect another nilling for us at the crater.

If it carries on raining and the wind starts blowing, then a win for Northern.

Who doesn't like it nice and wet?!
This one is too close to call I reckon. I'm not expecting a win, which helps but there's an element of belief creeping back in nowadays. I just can't wait to sit back under cover and enjoy the game.

Huddersfield by 8 - with the players having been payed and no new panics on the financial front the wave of emotion of the past few weeks at Bradford will be fading and the real world will be starting to re-assert itself.

I actually think this will be a really tight game and can see Bradford nicking it - something like 22-20
Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.
I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try
Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

Mick Potter has named an 18-Man Squad for the game against Huddersfield Giants at Odsal on Sunday.
Full Back Brett Kearney suffered a reaction to his ankle injury in yesterday's training session and Luke Gale is also not ready to return. Chev Walker and Karl Pryce have been added to the Squad but the three young players who were named last week, Jay Rossi, Matt Bailey and Callum Windley, have not trained with the First Team this week and are omitted.
The Squad is: Addy, Ainscough, Bateman, Burgess, Diskin, Elima, Hargreaves, Jeffries, Kopczak, Langley, Lulia, Manuokafoa, Olbison, Platt, Pryce, Purtell, Walker, Whitehead.

I'd go for;
1. Platt
2. Purtell
3. Walker
4. Lulia
5. Ainscough
6. Addy
7. Jeffries
8. Hargreaves
9. Diskin
10. Manuokafoa
11. Elima
12. Whitehead
13. Langley
14. Bateman
15. Olbison
16. Kopczak
17. Burgess
We've got to try and contain the Huddersfield left edge which are just about unstoppable, Walker needs to stand up in defence this week. Pryce to miss out because it will be tough for him to contain George. It hasn't rained today despite forecasting it to.
