They had been hard leading up to April and I expect them to be hard again by the end of May. it doesn't take long to dry out.I can't wait for Phil Hodgson's rock hard pitches!
Our ground has a small puddle in one corner but is still playable, we installed a dry well in that area before the winter season started.

Considering June, July and August see fair consistent rainfall, they'll be wet again not long after May! Not that it actually matters.They had been hard leading up to April and I expect them to be hard again by the end of May. it doesn't take long to dry out.

I know which surface i'd sooner play on any day of the week.Considering June, July and August see fair consistent rainfall, they'll be wet again not long after May! Not that it actually matters.

Good for you. I prefer playing in the summer having played in both seasons extensively.I know which surface i'd sooner play on any day of the week.

Good for you, our club voted to the man for winter after seven seasons in the summer and thirty five in the winter so I suppose it's everyone to their own.Good for you. I prefer playing in the summer having played in both seasons extensively.
