No, not another half back in Paul Deacon's brother Joey.
But Leeds prop Brad Singleton - a very powerful young player.

Good - we need another prop.
Is this a loan or dual reg?
Believe what you see, don't see what you believe.

Sounds like Leeds are our new best friends with us now having three of their players for a while.

Does his signing mean someone else has had to be released from the dual reg set up?
Legs, Dews, Legs, 'cos Wigan do!

I guess McDermott will motivate his players by the threat of playing for Dewsbury if they don't perform!

Nicholson becomes a Dewsbury player not loan or dual reg , so WJ reports in todays YEP

Has Nicholson signed for us full time? By reading the yep,it sounds like he has.Maybe the club could inform us one way or another. How many duel- reg players can a club have at the club at the same time?

I think I know what you mean but, as far as I know, we don't have any full time players at the club.

My understanding (which may be flawed) is that a team can have up to four players on dual-reg, with a maximum of three players from any one other team.
Can anyone confirm this (or otherwise)? I'd have thought Blind Side Johnny would know, but I see he side-stepped your query with a pedantic swerve regarding full-timers.

BSJ will know or he could always ask his good friends at Red Hall

Now that you've dazzled us with your knowledge of English vocabulary, can you shed any further light on the Dual Registration Rules?

Possibly both.

"C1:2:15 No Club shall at any one time have:
(a) more than 3 Players on loan (and/or “dual registered”) from any other single Club;
or b. more than 4 Players on loan (and/or “dual registered”) in total (irrespective of which
Club they are registered with).
If any Club shall infringe this Operational Rule, it shall be guilty of misconduct."
Is that better?
Let me know if you want me to search EBay for your Christmas presents too, won't you?

Absolutely spot on, BSJ.
And thanks for your offer regarding Chrismas. My gift of a signed photo of Henry Oulton for Lady Fishnet went down like a lead balloon last year.
