I am surprised this has not come up so far this week and so posted my first Topic. But after our brave performance against Saints last week, how do you think we will go against North Wales this Sunday. For the record i will go for 32 - 12 to the Yeds.

I think it will be a lot closer than people think. 24-20. I suspect we will relax and struggle and i'm not confident that the coaching team can lift the team for a game they should win??. Let's see. Hope i'm wrong.

We'll play up the slope, as usual, in the first Half and turn around 18 -10 up! In the second half score 30 unanswered points - final score 48 - 10 :-D

Just shows the lack of knowledge some of our supporters have. The team aren't down after last Friday, they have learnt a lot from the way saints play, and it will be used for future performances. If you follow some of our players feeds on the social network sites, you'll see they can't wait for Sunday. They love game days ,love playing and having a laugh with the supporters after. Crusaders are going to be on the end of a cricket scoreline Sunday. Come on you roughyeds. OTT.

I agree the lads are very upbeat after the Saints game and ready to go. Hopefully it will be a Cricket score!

Hi , as a Town fan I watched Crusaders up here a fortnight back and they were very very ordinary indeed. In fact they were shocking. Durbin tries hard and the big centre is quite lively but we were surprised at their standard

Not all Sheddings but Roughyedz only posted negative views all the time. If I genuinely posted negative stuff all the time, I would stop bothering or try and do something about it. But people always know better, yet have they ever done anything positive for the club or the game in Oldham?
NwC were the better side today no doubt about it.

Most ( not all ) are a joke on this forum, thats why the number of people who post has gone down the tube or to watch Saints, Leeds, Wigan etc etc.......All I said was that Oldhamer1 was the only one that got near the correct score ..... All the other predictions were WAY WAY OFF THE MARK ...... im a realist and say it how it is, If you dont like the TRUTH then you should not be on thisa forum at all. As a lottery agent in the past ive raised thousands for Oldhamn R L F C, and it was all P****ed up against the wall by Mr Quinn and co. .... Ive done my share for "Oldham" and as said by Yonner all thats happened since Sheddings is that 3,999 supporters had dissapeared.
See the posts of Oldhamer1 and allroughyed on this topic, 2 of the few who talk sence . . .
As for R.T G.come on darling can you not remember your messages to me in the past love

I can only post positive when there is something positive to actually say  as I did after a good performance at Saints

I predicted a difficult game, and it gives me no pleasure to be proved right. We should not have been celebrating a masacre at Saints as if this was acceptable, we gave the lads a false impression that this was acceptable. Clearly there is a culture problem at Oldham as too many times in recent years we've relaxed against the weaker teams.

We have no right to win and need to prepare and play corretly with relavant respect. To take teams lightly leaves this outcome. If we're lucky with the presnet regime we'll make the play offs........just. Too slow, unprofessional in preparation and no ability to change the game plan or inspire. Pretty poor.Fans are a class above and the team and coaching staff should take note and live up to their expectations.

There are some games we should expect to win this, Rochdale and Skolars were three. Then there are some games we are expected not to win but get a bonus point, Barrow was one. That equates to 10 points. we got 7. So we are 3 down. Not an impossible situation to escape from. And we are still 4th. Edit. Also forgot to take into account Workington where 1 bonus was expected and we got 3. So out of 11 we got 10. The only one that's gone to form is gateshead !

We can handle the truth, its negativity after negativity with some folk. What you did for the defunct club is in the past, what have you done to help tbe club or rugby league on this town move forward? CH runs the club as he sees fit as no one else is coming along, either get behind the team or go and support someone else.
Sometimes, like at Rochdale, you can only play as the opposition allow. This was one of those games. Granted, we let ourselves down with some poor decision making, and weak tackling. Support the team.
