How long can the club afford to play him with the commitment that he shows on the pitch?

Depends on his contract! Would play him in the reserves as at the moment, he is playing exceptionally poor, he just goes through the motions and he must be on decent money? that could be better spent elsewhere

Said that for the last half dozen games, everyone can see it except the coach, mind you there was more than him today that were poor.

How far off Haynes being fit ? And would he get a game in front of Tansey when fit as Tom Bush clearly hasn't.

And why isn't Adam Howard getting a game when everyone knows what an animal he is and a good off load game

Lots of issues this year with team. The team has gone backwards in all aspects of the game this season even though it's a stronger squad. Time to turn the page over in Thormans "playbook"

Not been in from work long.Very dissappointed with todays result.Thought bare minimum we would get a bonus point.More worrying is that some of there fans think the scoreline flattered us.Just where is that first win coming from.It would seem we are as far away as ever. Will be there on thursday but fear the worst i"m afraid.

Just another expected disappointment this season.
It's a bloody tough league this one and we don't seem to be able to compete with the other's in it,but something needs to improve before the end of next season as Championship 1 looks like a graveyard for clubs in it's new structure.

Jordan Tansey is clear not worth whatever cash he is been paid by the club, I would stick him in the reserves and if he doesn't like that and refuses play all the better and would give the club a reason to get rid of him. Tom Bush would be a better option for me at full back, but equally Ben Helliwell or James Haynes would be my first choice when available, but we don't have any out and out wingers at the moment either.

Got to say George Elliott took his tries well today though and good interception, think he also scored a carbon copy of this try in the away defeat at Leigh earlier in the season.

As regards Adam Howard he gives his all, but for me Jack Stearman would be ahead of him in the pecking order. Sullivan was again very consistent today along with King. Watching the game on TV today again we looked very slow and boring to watch in the first half, but seemed to get more desire in the second half but still lacked ideas and attacking options. Plenty of pressure on the swinton line but just clueless as to how to get over it, it does look like the new half-back Johnson will go well for us and was unlucky to loose the ball over the line for a try which might have brought us back into the game.

Brian Noble said it all about Tansey 'he doesn't want to be just passing the ball on he should be a reciever and creating some opportunities'

I think it did flatter you with our 3 disallowed tries, that, without video ref, would more than likely been given, and the 3 times we knocked on with the line begging, plus our goal kicker not playing (think we only landed 3/7 or something). I thought your pack worked well, but Thorman looked a very tired player throughout, your number 7 looked a bit tasty and was unlucky not to score. From what I saw of your lot today the coaching seems to be the issue, some of your players looked out of shape and your set plays were non-existent but for the odd one or two. And I agree with the comments about tansey, with his background you expect alot more, we have the same problem with David Mills (our number 8 today) he just goes through the motions and makes mistakes, from a guy whos only 31, 6ft 5 and 20 stone of muscle, with plenty of super league apps behind him you expect more, and it p****s us fans off!!!!

I don't suppose it helps when players miss training sessions for one reason or another, maybe some extra training last weekend instead of a weekend off?

Tansey has been awful! When he has the ball he needs to run at the defence because we all know he can rip defences a part but he won't run with it!
Also can't just pick tansey out. Garside hasn't played well, Jack Lee hasn't start the season of well. Think Thorman is under pressure which shown in his performances and lot more players haven't played well.
Sooner Haynes and Pryce are back the better, bring some pace into the side.
