I have made a few posts on here recently regarding too many negative vibes and got slated. At last Warren Jowett is getting some praise, just look at the League table already, I am sure most people are surprised to see us where we are at this stage. What a surprise it will be if we can sneak a win at Halifax? Shame we didn't get the win against Batley which came so close. Must remember it is all about the whole season though. Good luck to all the players and staff over the coming weeks.

Let's get behind Warren. The team have gained a point at least in every match. Our young props are playing out of their skins each match and the backs are providing the tries. Given the number of players on the books and no reserve team everybody will come up with a different starting line-up but we don't know the extent of injuries - Flanagan being a case in point this week. Fans should live up to the name and provide support when it is deserved. Realistically we will lose maatches to the bigger spending teams.

Warren has always said a top six place will be what he expects at the end of the season.I think he and the team should have all the support of the fans win, lose or draw until the end of the season.

The turnstiles could be better.
The car park is always flooded and muddy.
Tannoy's too loud.
Stewards are a waste of space.
Don't like the shirts.
Never yet won the half-time draw.
Phil Artis was badly treated by the club.
Summer rugby.
Uncontested scrums.
Limited tackles.
Playing on Sundays.
My knee hurts.
Rubbish on TV.

Sorry Mrs Jowett, but forgive me if I don't break open the champagne just yet. The teams we have beaten were, along with ourselves, bookies favourites to be contesting the bottom four places at the beginning of the season. The teams expected to finish above us have so far beaten us. Should that situation be reversed against Halifax, I might start to get a bit giddy. Don't get me wrong, this seasons performances have been better - much better than last year, and in patches, some of the rugby has been as good and better than what we produced in 2009, but realistically, at this stage we are no better or worse than the bookies predicted. Can I add another complaint to BSJ's list - why can't we have pies like they do at Batley ? - Oh, and enough teamsheets to go round (none left at 2.45pm on Sunday).

Thanks for the offer PM, but I think I'd rather eat my old trainers - or even worse, one of the grunt and gristle burgers from the van

I am fascinated by the fact that depsite having over 600 views less than 20 people have voted on the poll! I know that there are many readers who dont wish to post and thats absolutely fine, but surely even if they dont want to post comments they could vote on polls like this? It takes 2 seconds and is anonymous. That said it was noticeable that even before yesterdays match the majority of people were still not convinced about WJ.

I'm sure your right. I would be intrigued to know if he even reads them, but theres one thing for sure; There must be loads of football / rugby clubs where Charimen keep unpopular managers on. Its just I cant think of any.Do you honestly believe Mark Sawyer takes any notice of or will be swayed by the opinions posted on here
