Found this online. Shows all the tries other than the last one, (think the York cameraman must have packed up in a huff by then.)

Quite clearly penny wasnt outside despite the York fans protestations!

And Thorman's pass to James Ford was a good yard forward. C'est la vie.
There should be more kicking to Kevin Penny. It would be a good tactic to use from scrums when the opposition full back and wingers are up in the line with masses of space in behind them. He'd soon burn them off.
Well done to him for chasing back from the opposite wing on York's interception try by the way - result being a touchdown out wide that would otherwise have been under the posts and Thorman went on to miss the conversion - i.e. 2 points saved.

Rugby League - great game, shame about the administration.

Also worth noting that the video ref made 3 good decisions IMO. And the York try disallowed by the "actual ref" was miles forward!

Lets hope that the deal with Premier is only for this season and Sky better there offer next time round.

Sky dont want to know about lower league rugby.

Sky coverage of Championship matches used to inspire a lot of effort to get a decent crowd on - improved pre-match entertainment, free tickets and such.
Its a real pity all that has died off with the move to Premier Sports.
Presumably its down to Sky having previously given the televised clubs extra money and the deal with Premier Sports being less lucrative, but its still been sad to see average or worse gates for televised matches this year. It creates a bad impression and there's no real sense of occasion as there was with games on Sky.

I believe that Sky did make an offer for the Championships but this wasnt as substantial as that made by Premier Sports. The stadium looked empty on sunday and anyone watching on TV other than diehard league enthusiasts would have perceived that nobody was interested!

From what I hear the clubs don't get anything out of the TV matches! If this is correct is this a case of the RFL taking the money and distributing it through the lower tiers to develop the game???
