Imagine that in Nth QLD on a 40 degree day

The thinking is he must be getting sponsorship from Vaseline.
As a ploy, this is obviously working. Before they create a rule to ban it he should perhaps extend the use of it to everywhere from the wrist up to the shoulders and then on every surface from there down to his heals.
It's a good job he's not using Fiery Jack!

The NRL has ordered Canterbury-Bankstown prop James Graham to stop coating the backs of his legs in swathes of vaseline, following claims the action goes against the spirit of the game.
For info: he has been covering his legs with the product, a tactic designed to not only make it hard for opponents to tackle him, but also leave them with greasy hands, making it difficult to hold on to the ball.
By the way it's notagainst the rules of the game- it's just that nobody lse has thought of doing this so there's been no need.

Players have worn Vaseline for a long time, but not to the extent that James did.

Ray Price used to cover his face in it and Arthur Beetson liked to use it in the old days.Graham looked like he was smothering himself with jars full of the stuff.

James had a good game today playing against the Sharks without the aid of any Vaseline.
He got through a lot of work.
