Greetings Roughyeds....

I have stopped trying to predict the out-come of matches anymore. So, good luck at Doncaster lads.
Any similarity to Queens English is purely coincidental.

We are now down to 5th with one third of the season gone, Away loses to Rochdale, Doncaster, a away draw to London and a lose to North Wales is very poor form, We are looking poor defensively and clueless offensively. We must win at home next week at Whitehaven because a loss will surely is unacceptable

We look like a mid table team and promotion is looking more unlikely now

A good first half was spoilt by Cloghies sin bin which left us up against it in the first half.Too many penalties from Wardy, Dally was off his game for once and Ellison throwing a silly off-load on his own 20 lost us posessions and then cost us a try early in the 2nd half. The semi artificial pitch takes some getting used to and is an advantage to the home team.Need to concentrate for 80 mins next week and cut down on the penalties and fingers crossed we'll climb the table again. It's going to be a tight season though.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

These are the same people who taunted town for weeks before we shut them up on the field, not once, not twice but 3 times this year. So come on Oldham give them a hammering and send them back under there stones for snother couple of months.

You so don't know me think I may have commented twice before on here and never on our own site because it gets childish between grown up men who act like 4 year olds. You call haven fans deluded when some of your own could be called obsessed .

12 or 13 penalties I counted in all.How many by Wardy????
HOW MANY TIMES DID WE GIVE THE BALL AWAY AND THEY SCORED?
The League Express gave Wardy M.O.M :D
