******* WELCOME *******
to our NRL Round 11 tipping competition.
Everyone reading this is welcome to enter.
Round 10 consists of just five matches,Broncos, Raiders, Eels, Knights, Storm and Titans having byes this weekend.

Posted Image

Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round
The first game this round is on Friday 18th May.

ROUND 11 QUESTIONS:
*Poll Competition:
Last round provided us with plenty of surprise results that some might call upsets. So this week let's turn our thoughts towards picking out upset results.
Which game will produce the biggest upset of the round?
We'll judge this by league positions in ladder after Round 10 - lower team beating other team by the most number of league positions. See above.
- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.

The poll is anonymous so we can't give you credit unless it is in your predictions post.
Now for the main event of the week:
*Match Tipping Competition:
Name the 5 (that's FIVE) winning teams in NRL Round 11 2012
*Points Competition
How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R11?
This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.
*Home Win Competition:
How many HOME wins will there be in NRL R11 2012?
In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Fixtures:

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.
Match tipping scores will be added together as the season progresses to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page.
The best of luck to everyone.
Enjoy your Rugby League!

There's something definte about a line drawn with a red pen.

I produced that graphic from plain text this week as the usual graphic I adapt hadn't been updated in time for me.

With just the Monday game left to play here's the R11 results so far:

Spoiler

Considering the closeness of the games where very few points separated the teams we've generally had a good week's tipping with more ticks than crosses on my Round 11 record sheet.
Despite the absence of so many Origin players the standard of rugby has been good and if anything it has given games added interest with teams giving less experienced players their chance.
I'm looking forward to the Bulldogs v Sharks game. That should be another close call.
