First of all i will give credit to this thread to to the York City Football Club forum as i got it from there but it is obviously something that applies to the Knights supporters too.
Well what would you want from the new stadium obviously what ends up getting built will not make everyone happy.

It's a dificult question to answer, but idealy, terraces behind one set of goals/posts and decent terracing down one side. IMO football needs to be watched from behind the goal and rugby from the side, half way line is best. Colours of seating? colour of paintwork? etc. will let the two B.O.Ds. sort out. I'm sure they'll be a lot of healthy debate on what makes a good football/rugby stadium, but as I have said on another post, let's cut out all the c rap between the two sets of fans and get together to get a stadium built that we can all be proud of.

a wide pitch is a must . We tend to get stuffed on wide ones we need to get used to playing on them. Thought it was all seating? Would like a terrace at one end thou .

Would be nice if one side of stadium was standing only like it is now , A lot more atmosphere when all stood together , But dont think will happen .I live in hope as am sure a lot of other knights fans do.
