A must win game, but a difficult one.Workington have recruited well but i still feel if our lads perform to their best we can get a win.
Heard there's a few coming down so we need to get behind the team and get back to making some noise like we did earlier in the season.

Town will have to underperform to I reckon.... The performance in the final 60 against Donny with 45 unanswered points , 2 held ups & 2 disallowed , was chillingly good . Very , very fast paced and great intensity. Still , every games different and you've gotta maintain standards , but that level is untouchable in this league. It's just producing ! The best team on the day will win . Always enjoyable visiting Rochdale.

I'll be coming down, to a ground we always struggle at. If we perform then I think town will win by 20-30 points, if we turn up expecting to walk all over you it will be a hornets win. Looking forward to it, and hopefully we take the 3 home. It's been a long time since I've been down your way but it should be a good day out. See you all Sunday.

This Sunday (3rd June), at the home match against Workington Town, Rochdale Hornets are once again offering our “Kids for a Quid” offer. All supporters under the age of 16, accompanied by a full paying adult, will be able to watch the match for only £1.00!
Another great reason to get down to Spotland.

I dont think we can beat the top four without a experienced scrum half if we can get one on loan we may beat Workington without very doubtful our confidence looks low. But with hornets when you think they will lose they go and win and visa versa. This and the Oldham game are massive. The big signings at this level anyway,Cook etc are enough to make the differance and Workingtons got theirs. The differance is they will be hoping their big names fire on sunday and we will be hoping that they tire after the long journey, which would you rather be on ?

Ahhh, a topic about a Rugby League match.
Yes this is a must win game In my opinion, and it doesn't come any tougher than ambitious Worky.
We need the players Stanky signed and has put faith in to play above there best to be in with a chance of beating Workington. The players also need to remember to keep it going for 80 mins. If we play anything like we have since beating Oldham, i fear the worst if im honest.
This will probably be one of Stankys easiest team talks, pinning the results and league table to the dressing room wall, should give the few on easy street a wake up call.
Get out there and prove to this league that we are good enough. Lets get the confidence back into the team, the coach and the fans.
We are massively under achieving this season and what better way to start showing our worth by giving the current best team in the league a shock.
All the best to the lads in what should be a cracker.
