Moorends-Thorne Marauders have completed the first phase of their ground improvements after the removal of hundreds of tonnes of timber & the positioning of their equipment container to allow the next phase to go ahead very shortly.

Remind us again what improvements you're putting into place.

Watch and see ;) @ the moment we have a local council who are allowing us to develop our own patch of a 28 acre Miners Welfare ground, once we have tidied our main pitch up we will develop a second pitch at the side of the first, we are hopeful with a little bit of courting the council will allow us to put a clubhouse behind the goals next to a main entrance onto the Welfare ground.

Very good to see.Unfortunately, mant amateur Clubs need to improve their facilities,in order to attract players, spectators.Looks like a good effort.
