I know Stanky keeps saying its between us, Oldham and Whitehaven in the running for 4th spot but count London, North Wales and South Wales into it if we still are.
A total disaster ,the three below have a game in hand on us!

Listen, two or three positive results for us and some loses from those above us can completely change the current league table.
Its not over till the fat lady sings.
Stay positive!!

i reckon we will win 4 of our last 8 games if we do you would have to win 7 of your last 8 to be on the 34 points and we would be on 33

It's a tall order H4E, what can we do but hope and believe. Even if we won all our remaing games there would be a very good chance we wouldn't get fourth.
Just got to keep going.

As an outsider and relative newcomer to the sport, it would seem to me as though Rochdale is very much a 'sleeping giant' in Rugby League at the moment. The club is steeped in history, is unique in that it is owned by its supporters and, being such a large town, potentially has a huge following. Would getting promoted give the club the kickstart it needs to go on to greater things?

Hi Gregory, Rochdale has lots of history and is a big town but is still sleeping as is the fan base and unfortunately they will be going nowhere this season. And unless my club Oldham turn things around quickly we will also be a big town town club, with lots of history going nowhere but at present we are in a slightly better position than Hornets. Roll on a week on Sunday! As an outsider and relative newcomer to the sport, it would seem to me as though Rochdale is very much a 'sleeping giant' in Rugby League at the moment. Yes, it should be a cracking game - a real season-turner for whoever wins! I find it amazing that clubs such as Rochdale and Oldham only have average attendances of 500-600 given the great histories of both and the strong Rugby League tradition in the area. Is this simply due to the level at which both are playing at the moment or are other factors to blame?

I think it is the level they are playing at and Oldham's situation was not helped by being nomadic for 13 years and having to play out of town. Now their problem is the facilities at Whitebank which will be sorted soon hopefully. But with winning runs or even better still promotion the gates should improve.Yes, it should be a cracking game - a real season-turner for whoever wins!
