It's made up as they go along.

Not one, but can you tell me it's not and if you look around the other leagues they are chopping and changing all the time because of teams either not going over the start line or dropping out after only a hand full of fixtures. How many chips are there on your shoulders?
Lets not call it teething problems because the facts are that some establised NCL sides are struggling to fill 17 1st team shirts on match day and also some `A` teams have been playing mid-week to enable clubs to fulfil both fixtures, I do expect this to change now the BARLA season has finished.

I've known the Yorkshire League move teams between divisions after the season started. But this year has been bad so I hope they learn lessons for next year.

Yes they do, but thats because some new teams have been entered at a level far to low for the standard of their team.I've known the Yorkshire League move teams between divisions after the season started. But this year has been bad so I hope they learn lessons for next year.
Infact we got put in the bottom league after sitting out a season to give the players a rest after 6 solid years of rugby, we did tell the league that they had entered us far to low and after recording two wins out of two games by 70 odd and more points they moved us up a division.
