I'm surprised there has been no recent comment on Andy's progress. I see from the Rugby Leaguer that he moved from Broncos to Wakefield at the beginning of the season but is now with Featherstone on loan.

He's been with Fev for a couple of months now Micheal. Can't believe how much he's been passed about since leaving Barrow.

Don't get me wrong, Peds and James are great players and I think we are well served at hooker but Andy Ellis, in my opinion, is the best English player I've seen in a Barra shirt and I've seen some belters in 30 odd years.

Fev can keep him warm for us 'till next season.

I was wondering about him the other day . He's always been so impressive since he ripped it up week in week out in that unstoppable Hull KR team. I thought he'd be made for super league but now he's second choice at Fev . Wonder why he didn't go to somewhere he was gonna start.

David. I wouldn't really say a hooker is second choice in the modern day rugby it just how they interchange

When we used to play barrow he always played well for you He has had is loan spell extended for another month with us and Ben our other hooker is playing really well but as I said most clubs seem to interchange their hookers

Anyway don't be taking him back I would like to see how he goes with us and if everything works out with a bit of luck he will sign on
