A bit of good news. Just need to get the design and capacity right as this is a "once in a lifetime" opportunity for both the rugby and football clubs.

Still think 6000 capacity is too small, should be 10,000.As it has already been mentioned, this is a lifetime opportunity. As it is now,the stadium will have probably the smallest capacity in the football league. The knights need to have ambition,if we have a succesful team in the future, the stadium will not be big enough.

Too right about the design,as far as the pop stand goes, the new pop stand in the new stadium looks like a bus shelter, but hey its only for the rugby fans!!!
Hope JG has a say in the matter.

6000 will allways be plenty big enough for the knights no matter what league we are in. not sure if it will be big enough for city though
sometimes you have to take a step backwards to move forward

As long as there is scope to increase capacity fairly quickly and cheaply when demand dictates, then 6k is fine for now.

10,000 capacity is a minimum requirement for super league clubs.6000 will allways be plenty big enough for the knights no matter what league we are in. not sure if it will be big enough for city though

It needs to be a minimum of 10k capacity, I know the Knights will never fill it? but 6k with a "bus shelter' down one side is a joke. Once it's built its built, who will provide the monies to increase the capacity at a later date? It's time for the supporters of both clubs to show unity so we get the ground that we want and deserve!

Some people are never happy, as said 6k is plenty n will be for years to come im sure they will have plans in place where if needed the stadium can be built on.

City chairman Jason Mcgill ,is now saying 6000 capacity is not enough.Reported in the press as saying it should be 8000 minimum.

Think they have to build the training ground before we ground share with City while the new ground is being built.

From what I heard at the Q&A with GT, I think the training facilities are sorted now and we're using them next season, part of the link up with St. John's College, add that to the conditioning and medical expertise we'll get with the Hull FC link up, things are looking very good on the training front.
