I hope someone introduces Rugby League to the capital of Libya, just for the sake of confusion.

Indeed, they could call it the three city challenge or something. What's the Greek for "3 cities"?

No funding problems either. The Greek Government could subsidize everything. 
Seriously though, its good that a different team from Tripolii rather than the captial won the championship. It has got to be good for the spread of the game in the Lebanon.
