1st 20 min i thought it was going to be a cricket score, skirlaugh got a bit of a roll on and half time came at a good time for myton i thought. but even with the young lad sent off for decent i thought myton showed there quality and how there have improved. matty welham for me was outstanding at full back.

Was in Warriors club house after game and in his speech their Chairman Laurie Baker told the Mayfield lads to get off home as he would go to Leeds hospital and run their injured player home once he had been seen to. Total respect to that man.

Just been told that Warriors chairman Los Baker went down to Leeds General Infirmary to check how Rochdale Mayfield player Paul Lane was and to see if he could be of any assistance in running him home etc., But the medical staff told Los that Paul had received treatment and then been released to attend a hospital nearer home.
