If nobody knows, this is a good site, giving a timeline and teams for the games each week. It may be a little behind but it is still good.

First mistake before kick off-- says it's being played at Sedgley Park. -- hope our one supporter Blind Jack hasn't gone to the wrong ground.

Well a lot better, shame we just missed out on a bonus point. --- we seem to have come across teams lately whose bloming kickers kick every goal.

Not having a kicker this season must have cost you a fair few points.

Your guys played very well today and should have had more from the game.
Shame about the last minute cruciate injury to Aaron Dobek hope he makes a quick recovery.

Much better this week !!
We were good value for our half-time lead and well worth at least a bonus point at the end of the eighty. Key moment for me was, about ten minutes to go and 24-22 down, we got a penalty a good 40+ yards out - and went for goal. Not only did we miss, it failed to go dead and six tackles later Dodd got on the end of a bomb and effectively decided the game.
A reminder of what we can do if we play with some urgency and pace, and run forwards as opposed to sidewards. For the first time in a couple months we looked like a rugby team, and I actually quite enjoyed the match (if not the result).
Welham finally made his debut and had an excellent first half, before understandably running out of steam a bit after half-time. And yes, for this week's injury we return yet again to the half-backs, Dobek (who also had a decent game) not looking too clever at all as he was helped from the field

Tbh I can understand why "Hawkeye" and "Blackpool Hawk" no longer post. It doesn't give a good impression for board members to be getting involved in petty arguments and ludicrous shouting matches that sadly have a tendency to develop, on what is an unofficial forum.
I hope however, that "HunsletHawks" will continue to post any relevant information pertaining to the club on here.
You're right about the official website, seems to be out of data with what's going on. For example, I only heard about Menzies' "post-training injury" when I belatedly saw a copy of last week's League Express yesterday.

Just watched the televised Olympic torch relay doing a circuit of SLS--- for once our stand looked full but no Hunslet flags or banners another missed oportunity for free publicity..

According to Facebook, Harry the Hawk was there and from reading Barry's blog on the website it sounds like a fair amount has been done over the past few weeks to improve our ties with the community.

Thanks for the photos I didn't see Harry the Hawk or any Hunslet colours, but you may have a bigger TV screen than me.
At least I got some response.

Well done to those who went with Hunslet flags to the stadium yesterday, and particularly well done to Harry for grabbing the Olympic torch for the photo op!!

unfortunately I don't think it was shown on tv--- I was following it on the relay life link on my computer, and didn't see any Hunslet colours.
just one more thing anyone know anything about a posting in another topic on this Forum from a non Hunslet source saying we had siigned BEN KARALIUS-- a teenage scrum half who's been playing with Whitehaven ?--- not confirmed or denied by us on here or on our websiite.
just one more second thing interested in how many free tickets being given out during our community work (see the website for details)
does anyone know how many of these are actually used. ( the club will have to include these in their offical gate returns to the RL)
