To be fair that must rate as the worst Owdumb side I've ever seen, but only as good as we allowed them to be! A great defensive effort for the full 80 minutes despite some bewildering decisions by all of the officials? Well done to all the lads.
Also yesterdays U23's game gave a HUGE Fijian side more than a run for their money and could have snatched it in the last couple of minutes but for a forward pass ruling out the Andy Taylor try.
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
of sun-split clouds, — and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of......

Yes,a good thumping of Gateshead next week,so the Whitehaven game in a couple of weeks will turn into a six pointer,leaving the lads still in with an outside chance of getting into the top four. Only two tough games after that against Barrow and Worky,so hopefully the fickle Rochdale public might get out and finally give Hornets some support as the season gets to the business end. Can you hear me cheering them on from Australia?!

Yes a great win yesterday and as one of Stanky's critics in recent weeks i have to say only conceeding 4 pleases me more than anything. Regardless of the quality of the Oldham side we won and put some points on the board. Hopefully we can back this up and get some more points on the board at Gateshead, which will set the Whitehaven game up nicely.
Again well done lads, good to see Johnny Leather bagging a hatrick
Phil Bull.

Hopefully my post are viewed as positive, and I cannot be held responsible for causing any offence to anyone associated with this message board
