Just wanted to make clear that there are 3 players who do not deserve to get caught up in the universal criticism of our recent poor performances . They deserve nothing but praise for the way they have performed in recent weeks
Miles Greenwood - we all knew about his quality when he signed for us but his never say die attitude and his willingness to run his blood to water speaks volumes for his character and commitment to the team .Player of the Year.
Michael Ward = always gives 100% . He has come on leaps and bounds this year ... his tackling is spot on , runs strongly with ball in hand and has a good offload . If he continues to progress at this rate he will soon be playing at a higher level . Young player of the year .
Liam Gilchrist = imo he has been our stand out prop forward in recent weeks - unless he was unavailable I am at a loss to understand why he was dropped for the Hornets game . What more does he have to do to cement a place in the 1st team .
I have not included Jamie Dallimore or Alex Thompson simply because they have been missing for the most recent games but they too have given their all for the team and deserve a special mention also .
Thanks to all of you for your efforts . Bright spots in an otherwise wretched season .
Special mention

Greenwood has been sensational all year. Every game you can make a serious claim that he was the best player for either side on the day.
Ward has continued the progress he made in stepping up to the first team. He plays 80 mins and his tackle technique is spot on. Clearly added some bulk to him as well as he now offers a genuine threat with the ball.
I missed last weeks game but earlier in the season I thought Whitmore was having a great season even in the halves. I've been mildly disappointed in Dallimore. He was clearly too good for the reserves last year but hasn't made the transition that less talented players have such as Cookson and Thompson.
I don't think are present situation is down to a lack of effort. That's what makes the problems seem much more deep rooted than on other occasions. The players are giving their all but simply aren't good enough and that isn't going to change.

Completely agree with Ruffyed.
There are three who deserve nothing but praise for the way they have performed in recent weeks
Miles Greenwood - Delivered evrything we'd hoped, class act.Pace to burn.
Michael Ward -Came of age this year. 100% effort prepared to go the extra yard. Why was he on the bench against Rochdale.Maybe easier to drop a young lad than one of the "established" regulars who........let us down!!
Liam Gilchrist -100% in recent weeks, very consistent, never shirks or hides in defence or attack.Best prop who was available for the Rochdale but TB goes for props who don't train or who have never played open age....crazy.
Will Gilchrist and Ward still be here next year if TB continues to drop them down at a whim or panders to Leeds development. For me look at the older backs and fading props who are either too slow or don't train to be replaced.

One for all and all for the one
