To lighten the mood a tad from the highly serious debates that have been going on recently I feel John and CKN need a break from moderating overtime and so it's Mumby Magic to the rescue!

I've haven't looked up the information and thought I would tap into the ever precious minds of my fellow TRL'ers to chew the fat (or is that phat?), hoping that they don't try and use the wonders of the internet for the answer (if it's on there!).

I will throw 3 into the mix:

Paul Wellens

Leon Pryce

Jamie Peacock

However it's a 16 year time period so it'd be interesting to put together a top 10 maybe?

Is this enough for a free Walnut Whip then John?

First one that came to mind was JP. Leon isn't a bad shout - he's been in a lot of Grand Finals but not always as the winner. You'd think it would be someone who had been at Saints for at least some time since 96 just in terms of pure dominance over a sustained period. Jamie is probably the only one outside that group who would get anywhere near.

Is a SL Grand Final ring more valuable than a CC medal. What about the WCC?

If SL is the marker (and the others supplementary) then surely it must be Peacock.

Counting up Championships and Challenge Cups since SL started, I'd say a St Helens player is the strongest probability. Long, perhaps?

"What happens in rugby union? A player takes the ball, moves forward a little and gets tackled. A whole load of players then roll about on the ground. Pheep! The referee gives a penalty." - Simon Barnes

Told summer rugby was no good, looks like we can't raise two moderators due to needing a summer break ;) where has Bowes gone.

Lee Gilmore must be up there.

Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.<div align='center'></div>

Someone who slips under the radar a bit perhaps?

Lee Gilmour must have a trophy cabinet to treasure with time at Wigan, Bradford and St Helens.

Thought I heard on the commentry for one game that Pryce had been in the squad of the last eight Grand Finalists up until joining Cats, obviously not a winner in all of them. Just to throw something else into the mix, Long, whilst not playing in 2 Saints finals whilst at Hull did earn individual honours with 3 Lance Todd trophies, do these count?

I'd say JP too. Leon Pryce might have won a few aswell being at Bradford and Saints.
