Will we pick our heads up and take the 3 points on offer against a team we have already won one (quite convincingly) and lost one (very closely) against this season?

Right, it's time to forget about the result against Sheffield (it always ends the same with that cursed team) and start thinking about our biggest game for the rest of the season which comes up next V the mighty Featherstone Rovers.

play like you did in the first half and it's a possibility.
play like you played in the 2nd afe and you'll get a proper tonkin.

I think you will have a good chance of coming away with something with blackpool just round the corner.But on the other hand were resting players this weekend against hunslet so the guys who are rested will want to come back in the team and claim their spot back for blackpool.

Should be a close game, hopefully Rovers will win but who knows, you've beaten us already this year. So you could do it again

Id love to see us go there and win, but cant see it happening.
Will be happy with a bonus point and an 80 minute performance to make up for the second half on Thursday.

Are you lot trying to lull us into a false sense of security?

Thats the reason i think you guys might have a chance of getting something against us with blackpool just round the corner if the 2 games after the CC are anything to go by.With us maybe having an eye on blackpool {By the way it would be tough enough for us anyway if blackpool was'nt even in the equation}

This match would have been a worry without the cup final the week after. Now it's a big worry. If our attitude is right you may struggle, but we've shown this season, particularly the Sheffield match, that when not focused a good team can do us over. I think we'll do it in a tight match, but I'm expecting an excellent match that both sets of fans will walk away from entertained.

Looking forward to the game, not sure Fev will have it all our own way but ground conditions are much better than when we played in the Northern Rail so we should see a different game. I'd be happy with a 1 point win and the Bulldogs picking up a bonus point.
I just hope that Batley fans turn out in numbers and help create a good atmosphere for what should be a cracking game.

How did you lose that? Kear will need to have words with Laughton after that.
Cummins Out.
