To be honest i listened to that and although its being said it means the OC are joining the usarl in 2013, it sounded more like an aspiration, which is fair enough but not the same as making that actualy happening. the cost impact on OC themselves and the other teams in the comp is a big hurdle to overcome.

Unless there's going to be a western conference in the USARL then like you janner I believe the costs involved would rule out a Californian team joining the USARL in 2013 unless there's a sugar daddy behind the scenes somewhere. Even then the strain on amateur players would be enormous. If true then best of luck to the OC.
