Suprised there's no match thread already, must be a first. Are things so bad? Doesn't the thought of us resting a few give you any optimism? Don't you think Fev are arrogant for resting players? Doesn't it get you fired up? Anybody?
For what it's worth I still think we'll win but expect your guys to come out firing early on.
Hope some of you make the short trip across.

thank you for mentioning that we have a match today--- it would appear that no body at Hunslet according to this Forum is interested..

If they're good enough king then experience goes out of the window! Don't mistake experience with ability!

I know that as much as anyone old man, what I'm saying is don't blame experience as an excuse for them not being good enough, 2 young half backs "if good enough" can be just as effective as 2 older ones!

it's all to do with no p/r this season, apart from the top 3 or 4 teams there is nothing for the rest to play for-- except pride-- which is something we've not had a lot of this season.

as good as grimmer is steve hes gonna need players around him if u cant get some players as good or better u will struggle ,during the off season other clubs will be aware they will have to recruit too , if there is no money in the pot dont see how ur gonna manage unless u can get the RFL to pay the players wages aka the bulls but dont hold ur breath mate .not havin a pop just being realistic.turned on to the post match comments on the red button yesterday the vibes were not good coming from the rfl spokes person .if things carry on as they have been at super league level , i fear for the game as a whole. clubs turning on each other now not many clubs want the bulls in now .yes i,ll agree with that you young whippersnapper just wish we could find a young graham king again however all is not lost IF we get Grimmer back up and running for next year.

A young graham king or a young brooky is exactly what is needed, unfortunately the talent treadmill now directly runs into headingley or wakey or cas etc so not much chance of that! there must be plenty of yung aussies out there who would be willing to come over, all we need is a rich hunslet fan who could pay for their air fare and put them up for a season or 2, know anyone king :-)

We are resting quite alot of players today so the bonus point might be realistic for you guys today.I think we will still win though but it might be alot closer than alot of you guys think as we are resting five or six players.

agree about the young overseas players, but we should have kept the PNG lads--- there might have been some of us willing to contribute towards us keeping them if asked.
The latest I heard on Grimmer was that his operation wouldn't be before January, so he may not be fit for the start of next season, I understand that the surgeon said for a player with his talent he should have had the operation done privately-- that is why KOL and myself tried to finance it and it wouldn't have cost the club a penny.

Hunslets problems started before the season started when we replaced PAUL MARCH with BARRY EATON.

What a load of sh*it. Can you explain why you think march is god? He spent a lot more money than Barry eaton and only won 3 games all season. Some of the nonsense you post is why nobody comes on this forum anymore

PM took over at a time when the club was at rock bottom, and got the players he wanted, and even more he got them playing for him-- this is not happening now. I hope you were at the game today ?
I don't speak nonsense I speak the truth, so if you don't like it--- boo.
