Hi guys as you have probebly heard in the weekly express there is an article on us wanting him.I rate the guy i just wondered what you guys think of him as you guys watch him week in week out.

if the article is true i take it he will be bound for our place bob which is good for us i guess but i would also like you guys to do well as you well know you are our 2nd favourite team.Also im sure he wont be the only player we recruit over the close season hopefully for you guys he will be the only one we take off your hands.

Seeing as the article in question is, I believe, by Dave Parker, I wouldn't read too much into it. That guy couldn't find a scoop in Baskin & Robbins.

Your guess is as good as mine bob i dont know maybe because we signed grimmer way before the season ended and i doubt fax would of let us take one of their players.Also i dont know if he is that good but whatever DP does i have 100% faith in him.

cracking player, it were mentioned by a few at fax that bens defence were rubbish when he came to us but hes proved very good in defence, hes made a point many a time with some good one on one tackles into touch. he dont always get noticed too much but he gets thru a lot a work and makes things happen, only thing i think he lacks is a bit more shouting the odds and what he wants from the other players,infact thats what we need at the moment someone other than preecie shouting the odds and lifting the players when were lacking go forward during a game. will miss him if its true hes off to fev.

It was only other day you was trying to palm Hemmingway off to us, cos he couldn't get in your team. Seems pointless going for Black if that's the case.

I think black is to cover ellis going back to wakey im not sure though because brigsy might stay with us but that is why i reckon we might be after black and put kainy to hooker.

Hemmingway might have been a good signing for you guys too i rated him but it would be hard for any HB to get in the team in front of finn,kainy,heppy and brigsy IMO

Give over Hemmingway is poor. After a previous short stint with Batley back in the GT days, he then had similar short stints at Halifax and Leigh then ended up at Blackpool. Other than kicking goals, he adds nothing to a team. Hence why he's at Workington I suspect! He never took the next big thing in super league mantel whilst at Hudds and has gone down hill ever since.

Hes at haven rab and i think hes good enough for our league i think poor is a very harsh statement towards him. I think he would get in a team outside the top 3 in our league but thats just my opinion.Also to be honest if the rumour is true about black im surprised we want him to be honest {im not saying hes not a good player im just saying with the backs we already have i thought we would of gone down the hooker route}
