Damn . And tackling . 18 hour shifts down at training there for the lad . Start now . And I heard he makes a rotten cuppa ... Just kiddin , he did fine late on and it's always good to strive for better . Gonna need it next year . All the best pal!

I thought he really stood up in the last 5 or 6 games, there wasn't a proper partner in any of those games with him, rotating between a loose forward, full back and 2nd rower all playing out of position trying to help him out. And he still managed to play well and I personally think he's an easy target for criticism. I wasnt overly joyed when he 1st rejoined but he changed my mind, and out of the 3 half backs he was easily the better and more consistent performer. I would personally get him signed up as I think he deserves it.

Remember reading the Star couple of weeks back on the County Cup , and this kid , and Sam Forrester from Maryport is it got big write ups . Stuck in my mind .

Barrow have signed another young Leeds half-back today, Sean Casey, they are up to 20 signed up.

Aye they've got going haven't they . Mcgillvary and Clay are useful wingers . We're on 14 so lots still to happen .

any half backs been mentioned ?? i have heard about a prop.From what I've heard we've got our irons in a lot of fires. Don't think well be waiting too long for some more additions

Also got lovely beauty spots like Dewsbury n Batley to mark in the diary. Bad memories of York , went there couple of times in the good old days and they turned us over .
