ok its gonna be tough and a long 80 mins but please lets try and play some rugby with a few attacking moves including decoy runners, running some angles and some fast play the balls and lets have some sort of game plan to stop Penky running from acting half back - thats all we ask.

Not too much to ask for KOL , you should be our assistant coach.
And we would love to Rodger T , but that will not happen on Sunday.

Correct KOL , but it must be rocket science to us our team Hunslet as that's what we do. I just don't understand a great player / and coach, like Barry Eaton , Cannot see that.

Although Barry Eaton hasn't got the greatest squad to work with this season, you should be a lot more solid and difficult to break down than you have been so far. There's some experiences players there who should at least keep you relatively competitive if they were playing under a decent structure. Fax 76 Hunslet 6, I'm afraid, with an Anthony Thackeray hat-trick an added prediction.
What I'm looking for is someone who can contribute to what England has given to the world: culture, sophistication, genius. A little bit more than an 'ot dog, know what I mean?

The best rugby we played last week was 'off the cuff' old style rugby where we just attacked with sharp runs and fast yards, good back up and a will to keep the ball alive.
Anything structured was slow, lethargic and easily snuffed out by a very efficient Fev defence. In fact - anything structured was hopeless.
Funnily enough the Fev defence couldn't cope with this type of attack !! Maybe this is the coaching problem ??
Cheap tormentor in this style of play - Luke Haigh - who unfortunately got injured.
Too many cooks ???

Good morning Simon, hope you've been reading the Forum over the past few weeks--- it looks like you will have to dust down your Plan B for the future of the club.
KOL makes his usual correct comments in the opening posting, but what he is asking for is beyond the intelligence of our coaching staff and players. Did you notice that in our last home game against Keighley Lee Malpals going to acting half to try and set up some fast atacking play only to be pushed out of the way by Joe Mac as if to say hey your playing for Hunslet now, I'll take the ball and set up our usual predictable and boring play.
