TBF, I think Applegarth has been outstanding this season - a real workhorse. His contribution in both tackling and yard-making has been crucial to us this year. Very pleased he's staying on board.

I am led to believe that a certain young forward is suggesting that Applegarth has only signed as he is frightened of being faced with trying to stop him if he is playing for the opposition!
