Probably lots of 'YCK-ers' taking part with lots of opportunity to sponsor but if anyone hasnt and wants to, then, having reluctantly agreed to lay my recalcitrant bones on the line, I'd be grateful for any last minute sponsors.
I'll be in my normal stall at the Fev game on the Friday (resisting the temptation to burn up the running track in last minute training, favoring instead my coffee and biscuits !!) should anyone want to chuck me a couple of quid..

Takes place a week on Sunday morning for any number of good causes but including the YCK Foundation.

Oh dear. Plans went #### up. Managed gym but late decision to play touch on Saturday ended in disaster as a loss of footing resulted in shoulder and ribs crunching into Rowntrees Park turf. Darent cough, darent sneeze and takes me longer to turn around than an oil tanker !! Feel like I've been in the ring with Klitschko...
You should know better at your age Andy.

minute less, but pleased I kept going - no walking etc.
Having said that, think Rammo was at home having his lunch by the time I finished...
Anyway, managed to raise £175 for the Knights Foundation & St Leonards Hospice so
massive thanks to Deano, better half, mothers, ladyknight & all who sponsored me.

Managed to get round in 57mins 28secs yesterday, would have been a lot happier with a
minute less, but pleased I kept going - no walking etc.

One problem this year was the great long line of people waiting for the toilets at the start -
15-20min wait approx - I was actually in the bl**dy toilet when the 1st people started.
So no chance for any warm up, stretching etc, started close to the back and then had to get round
people who were 'walking in groups' after only 3 minutes of the ''run'' (thats my excuses anyway...)
