Probably. They just need to ask around the pubs of Castleford to see who wants to beat up some southerners

Yes. Though bear in mind our league isn't as dirty as the Yorkshire League so things like that stand out more.

Wouldn't like you and your mates to turn up at the wrong place. (and before you ask, no I don't know why).

Aye, Tony *clang* copied me in on the email telling you that!

Swindon travelled with 13 player to Glos 'A' on Saturday and were beaten 50 - 20, however our lads played excellently in a very physical game on a warm day in Glos (was absolute knackering in Forwards (especially the 2nd Row)). The following day their firsts suffer a 28 - 0 defeat in Northampton with the game being abandoned on half time when Ash Lewis suffered a dislocated elbow (?). I wish the lad a speedy recovery. I can help but think the 2 or 3 injuries they suffered were due to playing 2 games in consecutive days...

A guy did dislocate his shoulder, but yeah cougars right, it was abandoned due to a hip injury? Player couldnt be moved, had lost feeling in his leg, and had to wait for an ambulance. Thankfully he would appear to be fine. Should players be playing twice in 2 days? Welfare issue?

Oops! I thought I'd read it was a dislocated knee. Didn't know it was a hip injury.

I for one wouldn't like to play 2 games in 2 day, even if I was a 'Fancy Dan' Back.

In adult rugby, it's surely down to individual choice. Amateurs can choose or refuse to play at will. I personally wouldn't recommend it!

Bramley 22-28 Bristol. Good result for Bristol, well done.

22-6 down early in the second half, and won it with an 80m interception try with the last play of the game. Amazing!

A shame the same can't be said for every match they play...
