so other super league club plan a deal to save the bulls,so other clubs in super league clubs own the one club love to see how thats gonna work with a lot of the clubs running in the red themselves, abosolutely stupid is my thinking, love to see who the ceo ,and chairman of the bulls is gonna be ,do they come back as newco and a new name for bradford ,it was corrupt they were only deducted 6 points for going into admin, any championship club would have had a 9 point deduction shut down and board up red hall with all the incompetents inside , no wonder we are the laughing stock .

well i hope not rik theres a man that should never ever be trusted ,wouldnt be surprised if his missus was involved in some way aswell if she still not involved with the black and whites that is,didnt hetherington lead the merger thing a bit back , and that did untold damage, wish somebody like mal rielly was in charge up at red hall some one who knows the game inside out and he would be fair to every club under the rugby league banner , just like david oxley did ,

Its a strange one - albeit a good idea to keep 'one of their own' alive. I'm not sure you can have connections with another club if your tied to one club already?? During many football club takeovers didn't the owners have to disconnect from their previous clubs - Milan Mandoric springs to mind at Sheffield Wednesday.

Maybe the RFL (not Super League) could takeover the club to the end of the season?? I have a feeling they already have but the idea being that it buys time for any consortium etc to get together a plan and for the Rugby League to decide exactly what penalties they will enforce - hence curtailing the 'takeover with conditions' which seems to be causing a lot of discomfort amongst the true rugby league followers below Super League level.

I haven't seen any sign of the Bradford Bulls Trust putting a plan together but maybe they don't have the aspiration or intelligence?? The only guy I ever met was at an SD meeting and just seemed to like the sound of his own voice.

I just get the feeling that the Caisley group is still hanging around in the background !!

How embarrassing is this for the RFL and their 'Compliance' officers and Chief Exec - no heads to roll here then???

At least we don't have to worry about going bust as the RL will obviously pump money in to keep us afloat eh. It's a licence for every club to overspend now, after all, what's good for the goose...........
It is far better to remain silent and be thought a fool
than to open your mouth and prove that you are.

What a total joke, only in rugby league could this happen, they should have had a rangers done on them, and after start from bottom again.

What has been said all ready, will happen, it now gives every one the green light to say, we're going #### up, so you can bail us out, and hey if you don't we will take you to the courts, sports council, etc, because if you can save bulls then you can save us, as if you don't then, there is unfair fair play on the sport.

The whole thing has a recipe for disaster, and a recipe for every club going #### up, to take rugby league to court, talk about once again rugby league becoming the laughing stock in the world of sport.

All so I can't figure out how this will work, now if they all own the bulls, is there not a conflict of interest there, what happens if Wigan need to win league, and they play bulls, yet say hull need bulls to beat Wigan to win league, well what happens if Wigan score in last minute to win titles, well is there not going to be a whole can of worms opened, with people accusing others, saying this like Wigan put more money in, and have told bulls we own you, we put most money in, you lose to day.

I think you all we get what I am trying to say, it is a total nuts position to put the sport in.

The whole thing is laughable and the people who were supposed to stringently look into the business plans for the licences have most definitely not done their job. Two things they were only docked 6 points because you only get 2 points for a win in SL and the penalty is for three games just like the Championships. Second I have to sort of agree with the RFL stance as they are trying to get a deal for Bradford where the creditors are paid up because if they have to start again no one will get a bean. Oh apart from the administrator who will already be on a very good number. The laughing stock that is the RFL will be shaking now as the TAX man will be after blood if they get taken for a load of money by another sporting club so that is another reason the RFL don't want Bradford to go under. If the RFL have given assurances to the HMRC that the licencing tripe would significantly reduce the chances of clubs defaulting of their obligations then there will be an awfull lot of eggy faces at Redhall. I personally don't want Bradford to go under because if it were to happen to any of us in the Championships the TAX man would just wind us up without any help fromthe RFL. I think we at Leigh were the last to get any help after this debacle. See you lot later and looking forward to today.
