Its great that we have a board thats so proactive, it was obvious after the Doncaster game that we were lacking in the pack for the run in and our BOD go out and bring 2 young hungry lads in. We have easily one of the best boards in RL at the moment and the coaches must love having them.
Couldn't agree more. They deserve more supporters coming through the turnstiles and that's where we can do our bit getting some of those ex-fans back in the fold. Better quality games next season plus 6 derby matches, what more do we want?
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.
