its been muted that hunslet maybe the feeder club for the rhinos ,will hunslet benefit from such a move ie players from leeds joining hunslet for how ever long ,this noises coming from the R.F.L. just wondered if huns fans would embrace the idea or would it stop people from attending games knowing what hunslet fans think about the rhinos,

Because the RFL changes its u18,21,23s and 2nd teams every given chance, if it happens it won't be a feeder club more of a go play for other teams and we'll call u back when we need you..........it could work but the Hunslet/Leeds thing could be a problem.........

Im all for it if it give Hunslet a better chance of competing next year its a must the Hawks stay in the championship

this is nothing new KOL you must remember that about 8 seasons or so age we had Richie Mathers, and Dwayne Barker both from Leeds playing with us.
I was told by the Halifax Timekeeper at our last game that Leigh if they include dual reg players from Wigan are a lot stronger team.

While I would not be100% happy, and the thought of becoming the shites feeder fills me with dread, I do understand we may not have much choice.

All i would say, yeah fair enough, but let's please not end up as there bum boys, and have a team full of there kids....

Agree with your sentiments poolie, but when we play them in the Lazenby Cup it shows that their " kids" are better than our full team.

There's no arguing the ability of the rhinos youngsters... the problem is some/ most kids attitudes at getting farmed out to a club like hunslet, I remember when we had mathers and barker from Leeds and wed have been as good having Danny & nicky dobson instead, neither of them were interested and it reflected in their performances, that's my only worry about the idea, you have these kids who sign for Leeds and are chomping at the bit, get farmed out to hunslet for 6 games and think #### this for a game of soldiers!!

What happens if the players who commit their futures to Hunslet get dropped because rhinos want their players to get game time, hunslet lads won't stand for that week after week!!
I just think it will be a bit unfair. You will probably get some fans saying that the rhinos players are better than what hunslet have got in their squad, but then the hunslet players were good enough to be signed up to play in the first place, weren't they?

Looking at the photo of the South Leeds Slum at the weekend must say thats the best its ever looked, under two feet of water, just as well there was no one in the ground.
