If you buy a season ticket at Bradford City, you can buy a flexi ticket for £25, which allows a person of your choosing to get half price admission to all home games.

I think this is a great idea to bring in extra
revenue via the extra 25 quid per ticket, but also will see a lot more bums on seats.

Would this work at Batley? Could be a great way to increase initial season ticket income and crowds next year, especially if we finish this year strongly?

What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law

I think it's a great idea for rugby league clubs in the Championships. Batley and Dewsbury fans in particular have plenty of mates who follow the Bulls and Rhinos.

small loophole to this idea though, not that it would happen of course...

two season ticket holders could get together, only one of them buys the season ticket. the other gets games for half price on flexi ticket....

Assuming all season tickets from all clubs have the photograph of the holder on them, then why not just make entry to matches not involving those that the season ticket refers to (home and away teams) have a percentage discount?

Do you want to re-post that ? I didn't understand it at all.

Basically clubs could allow season ticket holders from other teams entry to matches for less than the standard admission.

Thanks.

Ah well - that's a different animal to the OP.

Could you charge £25 for that ? Probably not. But you could make it an added benefit of buying a season ticket.

Why don't supporters accept it costs £15 to watch a Championship rugby match? Surely watching our present team is worth every penny. We could follow the Rams & Bulls and give season tickets for next to nothing but if you want to challenge Fev & Fax then you have to be prepared to pay the going rate.
Remember Fax, Fev and Leigh have probably on average attendances of 2,000 per home match against our average of 1,000 but we are up there battling with them. If you want us to continue to attract/keep coaching/playing staff of our present standard then spectators have to be willing to pay the going rate.
