What a terrible month - 1st Bernard Prior now The Prince Of Centres Geoff Shelton, a fabulous centre who didnt run - he glided.Another member of the Wembley 65 team sadly gone, a G.B. tourist who played i think 9 times in the days when you had to be a fantastic player to get picked for G.B.- thanks for the memories Geoff r.i.p.
A minite,s silence please next home game.

Very saddened by this news. Geoff was one of the best players I have ever seen and along with Freddie Williamson and Brian Gabbitas ranks amongst my three favourite Hunslet players of all time. Condolences to his family, RIP Geoff.

A minutes silence would be a fitting tribute KOL, let's hope the club officials agree.
