Hi Dogthebountyhunter.
Applying for funding is relatively easy. I'm sure there will be people on the RFL and in the community clubs that will advise you. You will also find that the Sport England people will guide you through any problems.
Most clubs are run by small committees so you aren't alone.

There are lots of funding options. We've raised over £7000 from non-commercial sources this season. Somebody will help, even if you don't have a local manager.

Have you contacted the funding officer at your council or there Sports Development Officer? Similarly at your County Sports Partnership? They will be the first ports of call your friendy RFL RDO would link you up to.

Look into Sportsmatch - no idea if it's still available, but we got £3,000 from that a few years ago to get a new sports club going.

Lee... If you turn up at Teignmouth on Saturday you should win easily, if you wait til Sunday when the match actually takes place it might be a bit closer!
