So the barrow local rag says they will fight for the title and i suppose you cant blame them as nothing is decided yet. I'm quite sure town will rightly only be focused on oldham on sunday and 3 pts. Its good being in the driving seat so to speak but we have to play well. I honestly thought the oldham home result was going to come back to haunt us with regards the race for the title but now town have the chance to make amends. I'm forgetting the title and just hoping for a win at oldham.

Looking at the RFL site it says grade b is 1-2 games and grade c 2-3 and at below a even an early plea is at least a game so if they're found guilty they're all out

I think Barrow will be trying to boost their points difference in their last 2 games against Hornets and Scorpions in case we have two close games with Oldham and Hornets but we still have Thunder to boost our points difference.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

IMO oldham is the game out of the three where we could lose points. I think we can win but we will have to play well

As far as the points difference, we will beat Gateshead by a minimum of 50 points so that would mean barrow beating rochdale and scorpions by a combined 90 more points than town beat Oldham and Rochdale..... Not going to happen I'm afraid, so it's all down to Sunday's game really. Barrow will beat Rochdale probably by 12-20 points and scorpions by 40. But I just see us racking up a big score against rochdale in the last home game of the season.

Could be more than 40 against scorpions if they have a few banned!
