That depends on whose heads you're talking about. :) Brian McClennan seems to rely more on motivation in his coaching, rather than tactics. Fine for International games, but I'm not sure he's quite what the Warriors need in the NRL. Not sure on Kearney - Parramatta is a bit of a basket case for even some of the best coaches, so perhaps it's a little harsh to judge him on that.

I don't think a lot of the Eels players liked Mooks approach to 'putting in the hard yards' at training & on field.
Funny how they learn how to play well after he got shafted
I think he might find the Warriors more receptive B)

Judging McClennan since he's arrived at Warriors his record is poor. He had what seemed like a tough competitive outfit and appears to have turned them into a progressively worse set of performers.
Warriors have suffered more than most with injuries it must be said.
Stephen Kearney appears to have a similar record with Eels though unlike McClennan he didn't start with a promising outfit - quite the reverse.
I do suspect Stephen will be a better fit at Warriors.
It's the McClennan/Kearney combination that is at question here.
On paper it doesn't appear a good one.
