Season decider for the cats i feel, they need momentum and belief going into the finals whereas leeds have shown they can turn it on when needed. Cats by 8

Predictions for the future -
Crusaders RL to get a franchise for 2012 onwards -WRONG
Widnes Vikings also to get a franchise - RIGHT
Crusaders RL to do the double over Widnes and finish five places ahead of them -WRONG
Widnes Vikings NOT to dominate rugby league in years to come! STILL TO COME

I promise to pay 10 to the charity of Bomb Jacks choice if Widnes Millionaires finish above the battling underdogs Crusaders RL. I OWE A TENNER!

I can't see past Catalan for this; they need to get a few wins under their belts to gain some momentum for the playoffs.
20-12 at half time to Catalans.

Sounded like a classic! Leeds gave it a dig. Sets up next week nicely. Should be a classic final.

nah, not a classic but close thanks to incompetant officiating yet againg at the GB - the Catalans were about 20 points better than Leeds but Mr Child somehow managed to lose all credibility with an inept performance that required him to be escourted from the field by security guards - i'm speechless !

Really enjoyed the game. Officials were fine. The French seem to be paranoid that every decision against them is a bad one. Catalan were great first half but real determination by Leeds almost got them a result.

certainly enjoyed the game but as a neutral the ref gave some howlers against the Catalans but they were still good enough to get the points - even the english journos plus some Rhino fans were perplexed at some of the decisions - even an RFL official was embarassed and refused to make comment post match - that says a lot !

Could be worse, they could have had Ganson

believe me, it couldn't have been any worse - but credit to Leeds who put out their strongest side available for coming back with Sinfields kicking a real pleasure to witness and worth the entrance money alone - Hardaker is class and young Stevie Ward looks a great prospect
interesting to see Ablett playing left centre in the first half but reverting to a more familiar role after the break where he seemed more effective and JJBs (I think it was him) switch to centre gave the visitors more options and helped contribute to his teams revival late in the game, especially down that left side.
well done Catalans for an impressive performance despite Mr Child and his total non use of the TJs who could have overturned obvious howlers - Casty was imperious yet again and must be a contender for MOS ?

Well I was a neutral and the two French guys sat next to me were saying the home fans boo and whistle every non home decision. Neither had any issues with the ref on Saturday. I agree that the touch judges should do much more to help but it is not easy being a ref. People should try it before criticising.

true, they do boo every decision that goes against them - they also respect good playand Leeds won the respect of a lot of french fans with some great play
strangely enough I was sat near to two lifelong Leeds fans, both well known journos one of who is a regular tv broadcaster and they couldn't believe some of the decisions made by Mr Child
why ? if I pay a tradesman to do a job in a professional manner then I expect him or her to do it competantly - it doesn't mean I have to be a good tradesman as well !
reffing isn't easy and a thankless job but incompetance shouldn't be rewarded - basic errors were made by an honest guy, maybe he just isn't good enough ?
I pay my hard earned cash and that gives me the right to criticise...

Totally agree anyone has the right to comment but just think people should try it and see how hard it is. Some decisions lately have been poor but it happens and always will do. And yes the French fans did applaud good play by Leeds. Good set of fans
