Its that time of the season folks, so I thought I would start the topic. Who are you voting for this year?

I am going for Darren Hawkyard because he is a real unsung hero. He never takes a step back and is a awesome tackling machine, granted he is not a flash player but neverless he gets his work done and one of the few players who every week can come of the pitch with his head held high.

To think a few seasons ago he was in the conference and now he looks very much at home in the championside what he is lacking skill wise makes up for with his passion, also under the current coach he will only get better.If we had 17 Darren Hawkyard's we would be a lot higher in the league

There should be voting slips around again at the Keighley game on Sunday with the programme / golden gamble sellers i think.
There were at the Sheffield game anyway ( seems like months ago )

Mark Smith for me. There will be a bucket collection at the game on Sunday proceeds split between the Ian Watson testimonial Fund and the Dana Wilson memorial fund, please support both worthwhile causes.

Yeah I`d go with Smith,it was Higson prior to his injury and reported defection back to Leigh. Id also like to mention Martin Ainscough who has been behind many of our tries and of course Cunniffe and Hawkyard for their unstinting efforts and whom despite their lack of size have matched most opponents .

If forster had a full season with us i would probably opt for him but seen as he's been there every other week i have to go for mark smith!!
