Does anyone know if they will be still showing the Nrl in 2013 ? Also is it true that we will be paying a extra two pounds for the pleasure? still will be good value at 9.99 a month.

Don't know about NRL for 2013 but price going up 2 pounds from IIRC September so cancelling over the Winter as not subsidising soccer or French RU ! (Also cancel SKY Sports sub as won't subsidise soccer or UK RU)

If you are subscribed to Premier Sports TV for 12 months remember your annual subscription is automatically renewed unless you arrange differently.
If you are a monthly subscriber you may wish to continue subscribing after the end of the NRL season depending on whether there's other sports on PSTV that you enjoy.
If you pay monthly and wish to cancel your subscription at the end of the NRL season you should be considering your options now - i.e. working your dates out.. You have to give one month's notice following your next payment date. It may be that you wish to continue though watching other sports. Last off season Premier Sports did show some re-runs of NRL games. I'm not sure if they'll do the same this time. The 2012 NRL Grand Final is on 30th September.

Just cancelled from 7th of October & was asked if I was coming back in the future. Told them I would if their RL coverage continued & was assured it was but also that the channel would cost 14.99 in 2013 as a 'new' subscriber. Was tempred to continue over the Winter but dislike idea of subsidising soccer & French RU.

£14.99!!!! Nobody mentioned that to me.
I just assumed it would be the new higher monthly price of £9.99

Did wonder if it was a 'device' to keep me subscribed as initially I was told if I wanted to stay they could offer me a reduction on my subscription, then told me how much cheaper it'd be if I stayed subscribed as I'd be classed as a 'new' subscriber at their 'new' price in 2013. Will rejoin in 2013 but think I'll ring them after 2 months & cancel to see if I get a better deal offered <_<

Yes, they offered an incentive to stay too, but I'd decided to give it a break until the new season, as I did 12 months ago.

Don't they charge a one off connection fee of £5? That would explain both prices.

They still have NRL listed among their sports on the channel banner tempting people to subscribe on the channel they broadcast on - that I now see instead of the programmes now I'm not subscribing.
This isn't of course a guarantee that they'll have it next season. All the same who else would take it? Sky have let it go and Premier Sports appear to value it.
This year the channel was turned off early on the day we'd agreed when I cancelled. Last year I could view the channel a long time after it was cancelled.

did anybody here subscribe to the official nrl livestreaming service for this last season? I see that they say there were 1/2 games streamed live per week if you lived in the UK and that all the others were available as full replays. How long after a match was over could you watch the full thing?

Always try this guys:- only get one live match a week and you have to get up early - but get all matches about 24 hours later and can go back and watch many time (you can get all NRL, International, SOO, City v Country as well as daily update programs etc.) and is about £64 all in for the year.

Quality is Ok for internet as well - just a thought.

cheers. Think I might do that next season instead - it's rare I get a chance to see one live anyway so a 24 hours wait isnt too bad. It's easy enough to avoid the results.

I have 3 Premier Sports TV subs one in Spain and 2 in Russia (Home and office) and the funny thing is i switched my sky sports provider over a year ago and since then Premier Sports have not taken one payment from my bank so have been receiving it all for free:)))) I think a few others have mentioned this on here as well.

Obviously no NHL as yet, but they are going to start showing the KHL which will be the next best thing.
