I think it's a great advert for the club. We need more ideas like this.

Definately a better way to advertise a club rather than a whole sport.

Yes Clement but this is not SUPER DUPER league, it's a different audience, we live in the REAL world, and if you read the 'blurb' put out we get sponsored with MONEY from BOOCOCKS we don't give away our identity for nothing like SUPER DUPER LEAGUE.Now please lets not start getting negative. By the way who do you support??

How much does something like that cost? A good place would be at the crossroads by the coopers arms.

Permission is not a problem as long as you're willing to pay for it.

There is then the cost of the posters/advertising to add on, plus I presume the cost of an anti-theft device to prevent some of our light fingered persons deciding it would make a few bob at the scrappies.

Give IRO a ring , an get ideas an the ok from him before you do anything , as they might have wheels in motion , cheaper options , would be to have notice boards(not massive ones , more for pedestrians than drivers) around town , an change posters for every home game , poss outside town hall , inside Mill village , tescos foyer , Birstall retail Park ,Showcase, but its getting permission thats the problem
