Can I ask a question, in the new early bird package we have just release I have signed up to it. It inlcudes a grand final ticket, is that this year's grand final or next years?

Does it include transport to Old Trafford? I note that a deal was advertised in the match programme this season at £35 including match ticket and transport.

"Grand Final"

Remember, we used to call it the "Championship Final"

Just one of the significant number of unnecessary RL terms which have been imposed on us from above by the powers-that-be on behalf their Antipodean masters. Is there anybody else who is sick of the amount Australianisms etc in the British game? Other things too like using a plastic tee when kicking off or at goal. The Aussies do this nowadays, but their grounds are much drier and harder than ours. Even in summer rugby in the UK using the heel of a boot is all that's needed surely?

Did the great Martin Hodgson use such a silly tee at the Athletic Grounds, Rochdale in April 1940 when he landed his iconic penalty goal from over 77 yards? Not a chance!

It’s time we took stock of our own British rugby league culture and looked at what we’ve lost before it’s too late. After all, Britain is the birthplace of rugby whether it be union (Rugby School) or league (Huddersfield) NOT some former penal settlement out back from Bondi beach.
