Just wondered why us at Hull Dockers are been made to play this weekend , Can anyone shed any light on this ??

Ever since ive been a little kid i have never played Challenge Cup wkd thats just how it is!

So not only do the players have to play they also have to miss the Cup Final as both games kick off at the same time!

Yes we did request an early kick off but this was refused by Wigan ( Wonder if Wigan would be so keen if it was wigan in the final ?/ )

I believe it was around 15mins into the game when the ref made the decision. Dockers were leading 6-0 at the time.
Is he having a laugh?, are you having a laugh?

The game was stopped by a freak storm, thunder, lightening and very heavy hail stone, large and didn't half hurt round the head, it was pretty sustained and within about 25mins the pitch looked like a lake,
as regards moving to midweek when we were first told the game had to be arranged for the bank holiday/challenge cup weekend Dockers said that they preferred to play on the Saturday.

Many areas of Doncaster's shopping centre got flooded by the same storm.
Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.<div align='center'></div>

Got the photos of the problems whilst at Wembley.

Incredible

Had to be called off.

Never to be forgotten though.

Dave Ruddy St Pats 1st team coach concluded 25 years today in that position. Unbelievable and will never be repeated at any level ever again. Suprise ' d ' at the club later tonight.....
