Whether fans were for or against this over the last few days the one thing that has come through on this forum is the passion that we all feel for our great club. Let's take that passion to York, be united and finish the season in style.
Next season can't come quick enough now.

I'm rallying round to see if we can get a 8ft statue of you down at Morrisons Gaz,hope it dose'nt end up like "Spinal Tap" (stonehenge) and comes back 8inches tall, lolWe all have one thing in common and that's Hunslet RLFC, most people on here know me, some may like me, some may not, but one thing everyone knows is that I'm Hunslet through and through, and everyone knows that I would never do or vote anything through which would put the club I love at risk, we are Hunslet and we will always be Hunslet, this club is a special club and it's a club that is steeped in history and tradition, beleive me everyone represting HIST only have what's best for the club at heart, the board feel this is a way for the club and the team to progress and improve, time will tell if it does or dosnt but one thing that is certain the HIST board will do and try everything possible to bring back the glory days to our great club! I hope to see everyone at York supporting Hunslet and cheering us on to victory! So we shall again

Only thing I'm not sure about is what it will actually do to the crowds. My gut feel is that there'll be a few more choose to stay away, but I can't see too many Leeds supporters bothering to come to our home games. The "get-out clause" is key, and should be maintained at all costs ... I'm still worried about where we will be in 5-10 years time, but you can extend that worry to practically every other Championship and C1 club as well I suppose.
For now though, here's to a more successful 2013 season ...

Thanks for the statement, which answers most of my, and other people's questions, and seems to have calmed the nerves of many on the forum a little.

My worry is if things stayed the way they were is that we wouldn't have a club to follow in 5-10 years time. I think this could be a get out of jail card

The ground issue seems to have been forgotten and slipped under the radar with a lot of supporters. The RFL ruling still states if we dont have a Stadium which holds 3000 for the start of next season we will be demoted to Championship 1.
This despite the fact that the figure of 3000 will never even come close to being tested for a Championship game at SLS ... we have not even had 2000 for a league game since 1999 and you-know-what (before which incidentally, we used to reach that regularly).
The 5355 you mention is views and not users FF, anybody following the topic will have been in several times, at least a dozen of those views will be mine for example.
