BR...it is student RL....we are now joined by the University of Gloucester All Golds.
What a total joke of a league we are in.
Suppose the ale will be cheap in the Student Union bar
God knows who the last 2 teams will be??

So, as it stands with the two teams dropping out, and four being promoted this season, it leaves an eight team division so far, 14 games?
With the national expansion of the game, and the third tier part time, how on earth can they expect players that work and play to travel the distances that we are looking at?With the very small limited amount of money available to clubs, full time professional is nigh on impossible, and with all clubs relying on volunteers, the travelling involve would reduce this to some degree.
They cannot change the goalpost for the four teams that have gained promotion to the Championship this year, but next years Championship 1 looks very dodgy indeed.

It's a team of students supplemented by maybe 10 Leeds ex-academy players (ie the ones a level down from the ones sent to Hunslet)

If he's two levels down from Hunslet and in his 40's he could still run rings around those in Oldham colours this year.
